Recruitment Business Partners – Build Something of Your Own

Self-Employed Opportunity | Permanent Recruitment | Multiple Sectors | Uncapped Earning Potential

Your Desk. Your Business. Your Future.

Are you an experienced recruiter with an entrepreneurial mindset? Have you ever thought about running your own recruitment business but haven't quite taken the leap?

At Amnis, we're looking to partner with ambitious, experienced permanent recruitment professionals who are ready to take their careers to the next level.

We're opening our doors to individuals who want more than just another recruitment role. This is an opportunity to build, develop and grow your own specialist recruitment division under an established brand.

With over a decade of recruitment industry experience behind us, Amnis offers a platform for commercially driven recruiters who want greater independence, flexibility and control over their future.

The Opportunity

We're looking for individuals who want to:

*

Build and grow their own permanent recruitment division.

*

Specialise in a sector they're passionate about.

*

Take ownership of their client relationships and business development.

*

Enjoy greater autonomy and flexibility.

*

Benefit from operating under an established recruitment brand.

*

Unlock uncapped earning potential, driven by their own success.

*

Explore potential long-term equity and shareholding opportunities as the business develops.

We're open to recruiters from a wide range of sectors, including Finance, HR, Engineering, Manufacturing, Technology, Commercial, Professional Services and other specialist markets.

Who Would This Suit?

You might be a successful Senior Recruitment Consultant, Principal Consultant, Billing Manager or Recruitment Director who's ready for the next chapter.

Perhaps you've always wanted to run your own agency but would prefer to do so with an established brand behind you.

We're particularly interested in people who are commercially minded, self-motivated, experienced in permanent placements and excited by the prospect of building something with long-term potential.

Why Amnis?

Because we believe the best recruiters should have the opportunity to think and operate like business owners.

We're not looking for people to simply fill vacancies.

We're looking for people who want to build businesses.

This is an independent, self-employed business partnership opportunity, with commercial arrangements tailored to the individual and their ambitions.

Let's Have a Conversation

If you've ever thought, "I could do this for myself," perhaps now is the time to explore what that could look like.

All initial conversations will be treated confidentially.

This is a self-employed business opportunity rather than a salaried employment position. Commercial terms apply. Future equity opportunities are not guaranteed and would be subject to separate agreement
