Key Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEMH needs Help implement personalised behaviour and emotional support strategies Support classroom teachers in managing challenging behaviour and promoting engagement Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment Work closely with pastoral teams, SENCOs, and external professionals Monitor and report on student progress and emotional wellbeing📋

Requirements

Experience working with children or young people, ideally in an SEMH or behavioural support setting or working with vulnerable people, potentially in a healthcare setting Strong communication, empathy, and resilience A calm, proactive, and adaptable approach to supporting students with complex needs💷
