A quick heads-up

If you're not already Thrive trained, it's a great addition to your skillset, and we offer it free. Schools particularly value Thrive and other therapeutic approaches when supporting students with SEMH needs, as they help build positive relationships and emotional resilience.

Why this role?

Because this isn't just support work, it's life-changing work.

For many students with SEMH needs, you're more than a Teaching Assistant. You're the calm in the chaos, the steady voice, the trusted adult who helps them believe in themselves and achieve their potential.

And schools notice that.
