• SEN Teaching Assistant - Must be confident supporting communication, behaviour and learning

The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant

Seeking a patient and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 4-19 within a specialist SEN setting. You will work closely with teachers, therapists and support staff to provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils access learning and work towards their EHCP outcomes. The role involves supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, promoting independence, encouraging positive behaviour and contributing to a structured and inclusive learning environment where every pupil can thrive.
