The Role

Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEND Support children with autism, ADHD, challenging behaviour and complex needs Assist with academic, emotional and behavioural development Deliver interventions and support classroom-based activities Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils Promote an inclusive, nurturing and positive learning environmentRequirements:

Previous experience working with children with SEND Experience supporting autism and/or complex needs is desirable Patient, resilient and nurturing approach Strong communication and relationship-building skills Good understanding of safeguarding Relevant TA, LSA or education experience is desirableLocation: Southport Position: SEND Teaching Assistant Contract: Full-time Start Date: ASAP
