Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and materials for characters, environments, and props according to project specifications.
• Collaborate closely with art directors and concept artists to interpret and execute artistic vision effectively.
• Optimize 3D assets for performance and scalability across various platforms and engines.
• Implement shaders, lighting, and rendering techniques to achieve desired visual aesthetics.
• Provide mentorship and artistic guidance to junior 3D artists within the remote team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a 3D Artist in the games or animation industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional artistic skills.
• Proficiency in industry-standard 3D modeling, sculpting, and texturing software (e.g., Maya, Blender, ZBrush, Substance Painter).
• Solid understanding of game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) and their asset pipelines.
• Experience with PBR workflows and creating optimized, game-ready assets.
• Excellent understanding of anatomy, form, colour theory, and composition.
