About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Account Manager to oversee and expand key client relationships within the Oxfordshire region. You will work with a portfolio of established accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and acting as the primary advocate for your clients internally. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value existing client accounts within Oxfordshire .
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize customer lifetime value and retention.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with clients, demonstrating ROI and identifying future needs.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Senior Account Manager or in a similar client-facing sales role, with extensive experience.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding account growth and retention targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand complex client needs.
- Experience in managing key accounts within a B2B environment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a sales team.
