Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and appointments for senior management across different time zones.

- Organize and manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Handle incoming communications, filtering calls, and responding to queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain and organize digital filing systems, ensuring easy access to important information.
- Provide proactive support to ensure efficient workflow and anticipate the needs of the team.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, preferably at a senior level.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
