Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and schedule appointments for senior management, anticipating potential conflicts.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including logistics, minute-taking, and follow-up actions.
- Act as a liaison between departments and external contacts, handling inquiries and providing information as appropriate.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships, ensuring operational continuity.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and security.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role, preferably with seniority.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with diary management and travel arrangements.
