You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the executive functions, acting as a key liaison between management and other departments or external contacts. Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings across multiple time zones, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread confidential documents, reports, and presentations with precision.
- Act as a primary point of contact for executives, handling inquiries and managing communications effectively.
- Organize and maintain sophisticated digital filing systems and databases.
- Anticipate the needs of the executives and proactively address potential issues before they arise.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (5+ years) as an Administrative Assistant , with a significant portion in a senior or executive support capacity.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant digital productivity tools.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, suitable for interacting with senior leadership.
