Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars for senior management, including scheduling virtual meetings and coordinating across time zones.

- Organize and maintain electronic filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, handling inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports for remote team members.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, research, and project assistance as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, with at least 3 years in a senior capacity.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain confidentiality in a remote setting.
