Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Administrative Executive to provide high-level support to their management team in Southampton . Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organise the diaries and travel arrangements for senior executives.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of professionalism.
- Coordinate and take minutes for executive meetings, ensuring follow-up actions are tracked.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, managing communications effectively.
- Oversee office operations, including supply management and facility coordination.
- Support the implementation of administrative projects and process improvements.
Requirements
- Significant experience as a Senior Administrative Executive , Executive Assistant, or similar high-level support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organisational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Experience managing hybrid work environments and related coordination.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
