About the Role
Our client seeks an experienced and highly organized Senior Administrative Executive to join their team in Belfast . This key role involves providing advanced administrative and executive support, managing complex schedules, and coordinating projects to ensure operational efficiency. You will work closely with senior management, acting as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, prioritizing appointments and ensuring efficient time management for executives.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with a high level of accuracy.
- Serve as a liaison between executives, staff, clients, and stakeholders, handling communications professionally.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Organize and manage meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and minute-taking.
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Executive or Senior Administrative Assistant.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with virtual meeting platforms.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and adapt to changing priorities.
