About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed consultations with clients to assess their aesthetic needs and aspirations.
• Develop personalized treatment plans, explaining procedures, potential outcomes, and costs clearly.
• Provide expert advice on non-surgical aesthetic treatments such as injectables, fillers, laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation therapies.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all clinic services, products, and relevant medical information.
• Liaise effectively with the clinic's medical practitioners and therapists to coordinate client care.
• Manage client follow-ups, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any post-treatment queries.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a consultation-focused role within the aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, or high-end beauty industry.
• Strong understanding of cosmetic procedures, skincare, and aesthetic treatments .
