If you’re an experienced Agency Surveyor looking for greater ownership across transactions, client relationships and business development, this Manchester-based role offers the chance to make a visible contribution within a growing consultancy.

You’ll have the autonomy to manage instructions from acquisition and disposal through to completion, while developing your network and helping shape a developing agency function. The role combines agency, advisory and business development work without being limited to one narrow area.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and residential property acquisitions, disposals and leasing transactions.
• Advise clients on agency strategy, marketing and routes to market.
• Lead negotiations, viewings and transactions through to completion.
• Develop new instructions and strengthen relationships across the property market.

About You

• Experience in commercial property sales, lettings, acquisitions or disposals.
• Experience managing property transactions and client instructions.
• MRICS preferred.
