Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on crop nutrition, soil management, pest and disease control strategies.
• Develop and implement integrated crop management plans tailored to specific farm conditions and objectives.
• Conduct detailed field assessments (virtually or through documented client reports) and analyze data to recommend best practices.
• Advise clients on the adoption of new agricultural technologies and sustainable farming methods.
• Contribute to research and development initiatives, sharing insights and findings with the wider team.
• Mentor junior agronomists and support team members in technical areas.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Agronomy, Crop Science, Soil Science, or a related agricultural discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in agronomy or crop consulting.
• Strong knowledge of plant physiology, soil science, and integrated pest management (IPM).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in using agricultural software and digital tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills, comfortable in a remote setting.
