Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical advice and training to farmers and agricultural stakeholders on best practices and new technologies.
• Research and evaluate new agricultural inputs, equipment, and sustainable farming techniques.
• Collaborate with research institutions and industry partners to stay abreast of the latest advancements in agronomy.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings, recommendations, and project outcomes.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Soil Science, or a related agricultural field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in agronomy or agricultural consulting.
• Proven track record in crop diagnostics, soil health management, and yield improvement strategies.
• Strong understanding of UK agricultural regulations and environmental stewardship principles.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using farm management software and data analysis tools.
