About the Role

Our client is expanding their focus on responsible technology and seeks a highly experienced Senior AI Ethics and Governance Specialist for a fully remote position. You will lead the development and implementation of sophisticated ethical frameworks and governance structures for AI systems across the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of AI's societal impact, regulatory landscapes, and best practices for ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability. You will be a key advisor, shaping how the company ethically innovates with AI from anywhere in the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics and governance strategies and policies.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Law, Ethics, Public Policy, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in AI ethics, governance, or responsible innovation.

• Familiarity with international AI regulations and ethical guidelines.
