Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on aircraft systems, including airframes, engines, avionics, and electrical systems.
• Interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to accurately diagnose and resolve complex aircraft faults.
• Lead and mentor a team of aircraft maintenance technicians, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company procedures.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, including routine checks, component replacements, and emergency repairs.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all maintenance activities performed, parts used, and certifications required.
• Collaborate with flight operations and engineering departments to ensure aircraft availability and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer , with a strong background in heavy maintenance or line maintenance.
• Relevant aviation engineering qualifications and certifications (e.g., EASA Part 66 B1 or B2 license).
• In-depth knowledge of aircraft systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, avionics, and powerplants.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in supervising technical teams.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding technical documentation and regulatory standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail to ensure aviation safety.
