Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive aircraft maintenance plans and schedules for various aircraft types.
- Conduct detailed technical assessments and audits of maintenance records and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Utilize remote diagnostic tools and data analytics to monitor aircraft health and predict maintenance needs.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and maintenance staff located across different regions.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, manufacturers, and operational teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Oversee the integration of new technologies and processes into the existing maintenance framework.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
- Hold a current EASA Part-66 or equivalent aircraft maintenance license.
- Proficiency in using advanced diagnostic software and aircraft maintenance information systems.
- Strong understanding of aviation regulations, safety management systems (SMS), and quality assurance principles.
- Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a distributed team.
