Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and manufacturer specifications.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and avionics systems, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Conduct thorough inspections and functional checks of aircraft components and systems, documenting all findings and actions accurately.
• Supervise and guide junior engineers and technicians during maintenance operations, fostering a collaborative and safety-conscious work environment.
• Manage the inventory of spare parts and materials, ensuring availability and compliance with stock control procedures.
• Complete all required maintenance documentation accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to strict quality control standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, with a strong background in heavy maintenance and line operations.
• Hold a recognized EASA Part-66 license or equivalent certification, with specific type ratings relevant to the fleet.
• In-depth knowledge of aircraft systems, structures, and associated maintenance procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in the Leicester region.
