About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality character and environmental animations for 3D projects , adhering to art style and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with the art and design teams to define animation pipelines and workflows.
• Animate key characters, cinematics, and gameplay elements, ensuring believable movement and emotional expression.
• Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior animators, fostering skill development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to animation implementation and performance.
• Contribute to the overall visual quality and narrative impact of the project through animation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in 3D character animation for games or film.
• Proficiency in industry-standard animation software such as Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, including timing, weight, and performance.
• Experience with motion capture data cleanup and implementation is a plus.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of animation skills and artistic talent.
