Key Responsibilities

• Animate characters, creatures, and objects to the highest standards of quality, ensuring emotional resonance and believable movement.
• Collaborate closely with the animation director and lead animators to interpret and execute creative briefs.
• Utilize industry-standard animation software to create complex animation cycles, facial expressions, and performance-driven shots.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to junior animators, contributing to overall team development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve animation challenges, ensuring timely delivery of shots.
• Maintain consistency in character performance and style throughout various projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional animation experience, with a significant portion at a Senior Animator level.
• A strong demo reel showcasing exceptional skills in character animation, acting, and mechanics.
• Proficiency in industry-standard animation software, such as Maya or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of animation principles, anatomy, timing, and weight.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Experience with motion capture cleanup and integration is a plus.
