About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join their dynamic team in Aberdeen, Scotland, UK . Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of architectural projects, from initial concept and feasibility studies through to detailed design and construction documentation.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and client expectations, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Prepare and present design proposals, sketches, and technical drawings to clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Mentor and guide junior architectural staff, fostering their professional development and ensuring high standards of work.
• Collaborate effectively with engineers, contractors, and other consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Fully qualified Architect with a degree in Architecture and relevant professional accreditation.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations, planning policies, and construction methods.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex architectural projects from inception to completion.
