Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Fully qualified architect with a recognized degree in Architecture.
• Significant professional experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful project delivery.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and planning policies, particularly relevant to Aberdeen .
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
