About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural projects from inception through to completion, overseeing design development and technical detailing.

• Ensure all projects comply with relevant building codes, planning legislation, and health and safety regulations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors, managing relationships effectively.

Requirements

• Fully qualified Architect with extensive post-qualification experience.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex architectural projects.
• Expertise in Revit and other relevant architectural design and documentation software.
• Strong understanding of UK planning policies and building regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
