About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Architect to join their dynamic team in Aberdeen, Scotland . This role is pivotal in leading architectural projects from conceptualization through to completion, ensuring design excellence and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of architectural projects, ensuring adherence to project brief, budget, and timelines.
- Produce high-quality architectural drawings, models, and specifications using Revit and other industry-standard software.
- Conduct site visits and feasibility studies, liaising with clients, contractors, and planning authorities.
- Mentor junior architects and technicians, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations, planning policies, and sustainability standards across all projects.
- Develop and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating architectural vision and technical details.
Requirements
- A degree in Architecture and a recognized professional qualification (e.g., RIBA Part III or equivalent).
- Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience in architectural practice.
- Proficiency in Revit , AutoCAD, and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of UK building regulations, planning legislation, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
