Senior Architect

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Architect to join their dynamic team in Aberdeen, Scotland . Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of architectural projects, ensuring adherence to project brief, budget, and timelines.
• Produce high-quality architectural drawings, models, and specifications using Revit and other industry-standard software.
• Conduct site visits and feasibility studies, liaising with clients, contractors, and planning authorities.
• Mentor junior architects and technicians, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations, planning policies, and sustainability standards across all projects.
• Develop and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating architectural vision and technical details.

Requirements

• A degree in Architecture and a recognized professional qualification (e.g., RIBA Part III or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience in architectural practice.
• Proficiency in Revit , AutoCAD, and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations, planning legislation, and construction methods.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
