Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptual design phase for various architectural projects, developing innovative solutions.
• Produce high-quality architectural drawings , renderings, and presentations for client review.
• Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and consultants through remote communication channels.
• Guide and mentor junior design staff, fostering a creative and collaborative remote team environment.
• Ensure designs are technically feasible and align with project briefs and budgets.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, software, and sustainable practices.

Requirements

• Significant experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio.
• Expert proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino) and rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion).
• Excellent visualization and graphic communication skills.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles and building construction.
• Experience working effectively in a remote team environment and using collaboration tools.
• Relevant design degree or equivalent professional experience.
