About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and experienced Senior Architectural Designer to join their innovative and fully remote team, contributing to projects from their base near Brighton . This role demands a strong design vision, excellent conceptualisation skills, and the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visualisations and detailed design solutions. You will lead design development, mentor junior designers, and collaborate closely with project managers and clients to deliver exceptional architectural outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualisation and design development of architectural projects.
• Produce high-quality design presentations, models, and visualisations using advanced software.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure design integrity and technical feasibility.
• Mentor and guide junior members of the design team, fostering creativity and skill development.
• Engage with clients to present design proposals and incorporate feedback.
• Stay abreast of emerging design trends, materials, and sustainable practices.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Architecture or a related design field.
• Substantial experience (7+ years) in architectural design, with a portfolio showcasing innovative and award-winning work.
• Expert proficiency in Rhino , Grasshopper, Revit, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of architectural theory, history, and contemporary design discourse.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills, adapted for remote interaction.
• Demonstrated ability to lead design teams and manage multiple design streams simultaneously.
