About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptual design process and develop creative architectural solutions.
• Produce detailed architectural drawings, renderings, and presentations for client and stakeholder review.
• Coordinate design development with engineering teams and other consultants.
• Ensure designs are compliant with building codes, accessibility standards, and planning regulations.
• Manage design aspects of projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project briefs.
• Mentor and guide junior design staff, promoting best practices in design execution.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or a related design field.
• Significant experience as an Architectural Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design talent.
• Advanced proficiency in architectural software, including Revit, AutoCAD, and visualization tools (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray).
• Thorough understanding of UK building regulations and construction best practices.
• Excellent visual communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple design tasks simultaneously.
