Senior Architectural Technician

Job Overview

A Senior Architectural Technician is required to support the technical delivery of education projects in Brighton, including schools, colleges, SEND and university schemes. This role suits an experienced architectural professional with strong Revit and AutoCAD skills, at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience, and confidence managing projects through RIBA stages.

Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare coordinated drawings, specifications and schedules

• Manage education projects through RIBA stages

• Coordinate information with clients and design teams

• Produce technical information using Revit and AutoCAD

• Support client meetings and technical presentations

Skills & Experience Required

• At least 5 years’ post-qualification experience

• Previous education sector project experience

• Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills

• Confident architectural project-running experience

• DfE knowledge and school design experience desirable
