Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical drawings, construction details, and BIM models for a range of projects.
• Ensure all technical documentation complies with current UK building regulations and standards.

• Conduct site inspections to verify progress and adherence to design specifications.
• Mentor junior technicians and provide technical guidance to the wider project team.

Requirements

• HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
• Substantial experience (e.g., 6+ years) as an Architectural Technician, with a focus on technical detailing.
• Proficiency in Revit , AutoCAD, and other relevant CAD software.
• Strong knowledge of UK building codes, construction methods, and materials.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
