About the Role

Our client is looking for a seasoned Senior Architectural Technician to join their bustling practice in Bradford . This role is crucial for translating architectural designs into buildable technical drawings and specifications. You will be responsible for the technical detailing, coordination, and documentation of projects, working collaboratively with the design team and external stakeholders. We seek an individual with a keen eye for detail and a robust understanding of construction processes, who can contribute to the successful delivery of a diverse project portfolio within West Yorkshire.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical drawings, construction documents, and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Coordinate architectural designs with structural, mechanical, and electrical services.
• Ensure all technical documentation complies with current UK building regulations and standards.
• Undertake site visits to verify design information and resolve technical queries during construction phases.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians and other team members in Bradford .

Requirements

• Qualified Architectural Technician (e.g., HNC/HND or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong technical portfolio.
• Expertise in Revit and a good working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Thorough understanding of construction detailing, materials, and building methods.
