Senior Architectural Technologist - AJ100 practice

A medium-sized Architectural studio in Manchester is looking for A Senior Architectural Technologist to join a growing team. They are part of a larger, national AJ100 Architectural practice spanning the breadth of the UK.

The company work across sectors including residential, commercial, education and healthcare, delivering well‑crafted, technically robust buildings that make a positive impact in the region.

⭐ What you’ll do

Technical design - Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications and coordinated construction information.

Project support - Work closely with architects, consultants and contractors throughout all project stages.

Practice-wide support- Mentor and guide lesser-experienced colleagues.

Regulatory compliance - Ensure designs meet current Building Regulations, planning requirements and best‑practice standards.

BIM/Revit delivery - Contribute to our digital workflows and help maintain accurate project models.

⭐ What we’re looking for:

Experience working as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice (Ideally 5+ years experience)

Strong Revit skills and confidence producing technical packages

Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing

A collaborative mindset and positive approach to problem‑solving
