Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed technical drawings, specifications, and BIM models using industry-standard software.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project progression and compliance.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve technical issues during construction.
• Prepare tender documentation and assist in the procurement process for projects.
• Mentor junior technologists and contribute to the team's technical knowledge base.

Requirements

• A relevant HND or degree in Architectural Technology or a related field.
• Significant experience (5+ years) as an Architectural Technologist, with a strong portfolio showcasing project delivery.
• Proficiency in Revit and other relevant architectural design and BIM software.
• Thorough understanding of UK building regulations and construction methods.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
