Key Responsibilities

• Develop and produce comprehensive technical drawings, specifications, and BIM models using industry-standard software.

• Conduct site visits and technical surveys remotely or as required by project needs, documenting findings thoroughly.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant building regulations, codes, and technical standards.

Requirements

• A recognized qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field.
• Significant professional experience (5+ years) as an Architectural Technologist, with a strong portfolio demonstrating technical proficiency.
• Expertise in BIM software (e.g., Revit) and AutoCAD, with a proven ability to produce detailed construction documentation.
• Thorough understanding of UK building regulations and construction methods.
