About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join their dynamic team in Leicester . Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and building information models (BIM) using industry-standard software.
• Ensure compliance with UK building regulations, standards, and planning policies throughout the design and construction phases.
• Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies to facilitate project progress.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, resolve technical queries, and ensure adherence to design intent.
• Manage and coordinate the work of junior technologists and architectural assistants, providing mentorship and guidance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing technical proficiency.
• Expertise in using CAD and BIM software, such as Revit , AutoCAD, and ArchiCAD.
• Thorough understanding of UK construction methods, materials, and building regulations .
• Relevant qualification in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
