You will play a pivotal role in translating architectural designs into buildable solutions, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with building regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed technical drawings, specifications, and BIM models using industry-standard software.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other consultants to ensure smooth project progression and resolve technical queries.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and address any on-site issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of building regulations, standards, and construction best practices.
- Mentor junior technologists and provide technical guidance to project teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist , with a strong portfolio showcasing complex projects.
- Proficiency in CAD and BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or ArchiCAD.
- In-depth understanding of UK building regulations and construction methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- A relevant degree or HND in Architectural Technology or a related field.
