Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed technical drawings, specifications, and BIM models using industry-standard software.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other consultants to ensure smooth project progression and resolve technical queries.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and address any on-site issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of building regulations, standards, and construction best practices.
• Mentor junior technologists and provide technical guidance to project teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist , with a strong portfolio showcasing complex projects.
• Proficiency in CAD and BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or ArchiCAD.
• In-depth understanding of UK building regulations and construction methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• A relevant degree or HND in Architectural Technology or a related field.
