About the Role

Our client, a forward-thinking architectural practice based in London , is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join their dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality architectural designs and technical documentation for a diverse range of projects, from initial concept through to construction. Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed technical drawings, specifications, and building information models (BIM) using industry-standard software.
• Produce high-quality architectural designs that meet client requirements, building regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with design intent.
• Lead and mentor junior technologists and architectural assistants, fostering a culture of learning and skill development.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role.
• Proficiency in CAD and BIM software, such as Revit, AutoCAD, and ArchiCAD.
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations, construction methods, and materials.
• Proven experience in project delivery from inception to completion across various project types.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
