About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive technical drawings, construction details, and specifications using advanced CAD and BIM software .
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to resolve technical issues and ensure design integrity.
• Ensure all technical documentation adheres to UK building regulations, planning policies, and industry best practices.
• Manage project workflows, coordinate technical information, and maintain high standards of quality control.
• Provide technical leadership and support to junior technologists within the remote team structure.
• Liaise with clients and contractors to provide technical clarifications and support throughout the construction phase.

Requirements

• Significant experience as an Architectural Technologist or Senior Technician.
• Expert proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with strong BIM coordination skills.
• In-depth knowledge of UK building codes, construction methods, and materials.
• Proven ability to manage technical aspects of multiple projects concurrently in a remote setting .
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills, adept at virtual collaboration and technical communication.
