Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed technical drawings, specifications, and BIM models using industry-standard software.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure design intent is accurately translated into buildable solutions.
• Conduct site visits and surveys (where necessary, though remote support is primary) and resolve technical queries during the construction phase.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, relevant standards, and sustainability best practices.
• Manage project documentation and maintain meticulous records throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor junior technologists and contribute to the continuous improvement of technical standards within the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing technical design excellence.
• Proficiency in Revit and other relevant architectural software.
• In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations, construction methods, and materials.
• Excellent understanding of BIM processes and their application in architectural design.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively within a distributed team.
• Relevant degree or HND in Architectural Technology or a related field.
