Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed technical designs, specifications, and production information for various architectural projects, adhering to building regulations and industry standards.
- Manage and coordinate architectural information, ensuring seamless integration with structural and MEP designs.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, resolve on-site issues, and ensure quality control throughout the construction phase.
- Mentor and guide junior architectural staff, fostering a culture of technical proficiency and continuous learning.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, consultants, and contractors to achieve project objectives on time and within budget.
- Prepare and present technical reports and design documentation to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing technical detailing.
- Proficiency in industry-standard CAD and BIM software, such as Revit and AutoCAD.
- In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations, planning policies, and construction methods.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet challenging deadlines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field.
