Senior Area People Partner - Hybrid (London & SE)

Linnaeus is seeking a Senior Area People Partner to support leadership across London and the South East. The role requires regional travel and a hybrid setup with three days on site and two days at home.

You will partner with operating units and hospitals to deliver people strategies, manage workforce planning, succession, leadership development, and employee relations, while championing DEI and embedding the Mars Five Principles.
