Senior Area People Partner – London & SE (Hybrid)

Linnaeus is seeking a Senior Area People Partner to support our London and South East operations. You’ll act as a trusted adviser to hospital leaders, shaping people strategies, talent planning and leadership development across multiple sites.

The role combines regional scope with hands-on coaching, ER management and change initiatives in a fast-paced veterinary environment. Hybrid working (3 days per week travelling to site, 2 days from home) and full-time hours offer a dynamic mix of travel
