As a senior practitioner, you will contribute to maintaining high standards of service, potentially guiding junior therapists, and ensuring a serene and therapeutic client experience. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their health history, lifestyle, and specific needs for aromatherapy.
• Create bespoke essential oil blends tailored to individual client requirements for various therapeutic purposes.
• Administer aromatherapy treatments, including massage, inhalation, and topical applications.
• Educate clients on the safe and effective use of essential oils for home care.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, tracking progress and treatment outcomes.
• Uphold stringent hygiene and safety protocols in the treatment room and clinic environment.

Requirements

• Recognized qualification in Aromatherapy (e.g., Level 3 Diploma or equivalent).
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a practising Aromatherapist.
• In-depth knowledge of essential oils, their properties, contraindications, and therapeutic applications.
• Excellent communication and listening skills, with a compassionate and professional demeanor.
• Experience in client consultation and developing personalized treatment plans.
• Commitment to continuous professional development in aromatherapy and related fields.
