About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Senior Aromatherapist to join their well-established holistic health clinic in the heart of Oxford . This role involves providing expert aromatherapy consultations and treatments tailored to individual client needs, promoting physical and emotional well-being. You will be responsible for selecting and blending essential oils, creating bespoke treatments, and educating clients on the benefits and safe use of aromatherapy. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed client consultations to identify specific health concerns and wellness goals.
• Develop and administer personalized aromatherapy treatments, including massage, inhalation, and topical applications.
• Select, blend, and prepare high-quality essential oils and carrier oils for therapeutic use.
• Educate clients on the safe and effective use of aromatherapy for home care.
• Maintain accurate client records and document treatment progress.
• Stay current with research and advancements in aromatherapy and essential oil science.
• Ensure a tranquil and professional atmosphere within the treatment space.

Requirements

• Professional qualification in Aromatherapy (e.g., IFPA, IFA, or equivalent certification).
• Significant experience working as a practicing Aromatherapist .
• In-depth knowledge of essential oils, their properties, contraindications, and safety guidelines.
• Excellent client assessment and communication skills.
• Commitment to holistic health principles and ethical practice.
