Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and implementation of automation projects across the facility.
- Design, develop, and integrate advanced robotics and automated machinery solutions.
- Develop and maintain PLC/SCADA systems, ensuring seamless plant-wide integration and performance.
- Oversee the specification, procurement, and commissioning of new automation equipment.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
- Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering and maintenance teams.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in industrial automation, with a significant focus on leading complex projects.
- Deep expertise in PLC programming (Siemens, Rockwell), SCADA systems, and robotics (KUKA, Fanuc).
- Proven ability to design and implement advanced control strategies and system architectures.
- Strong understanding of industrial networking, data acquisition, and machine vision systems.
