Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth diagnostics on complex automotive systems, including engine management, ABS, airbags, and infotainment, using advanced tools and remote diagnostic software.
• Interpret diagnostic data, technical service bulletins, and wiring diagrams to accurately identify root causes of vehicle malfunctions.
• Develop and implement effective repair strategies, providing detailed reports and recommendations to vehicle owners and service advisors remotely.
• Stay abreast of the latest automotive technologies, diagnostic procedures, and manufacturer updates through continuous online training.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians and colleagues via digital communication channels.
• Maintain meticulous records of diagnostic findings, repair procedures, and parts used in the company's CRM system.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automotive Diagnostic Technician , with a strong emphasis on complex diagnostics.
• Proficiency with a wide range of vehicle diagnostic software and hardware.
• Excellent understanding of automotive electrical systems, engine management, and emission control systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and systematically.
• Excellent communication skills for remote interaction with clients and team members.
• Relevant certifications such as NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent experience.
