Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of new automotive components and systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation of prototypes, analysing data and recommending design modifications.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth transition from design to production.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers within the team.
• Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements and industry trends in automotive engineering.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive design and development .
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks) and CAE tools.
• Demonstrated experience in vehicle dynamics , powertrain, or chassis systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
