Key Responsibilities

• Define, document, and manage system requirements for complex automotive applications.
• Develop and maintain system architectures, ensuring compatibility and interoperability between subsystems.
• Oversee the integration of various hardware and software components, identifying and resolving integration issues.
• Perform system-level validation and verification, ensuring that the final product meets all specified requirements and performance targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software, hardware, and test engineers, in a remote setting.
• Lead technical reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of systems engineering processes.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (7+ years) in automotive systems engineering , with a focus on integration and architecture.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, including electrical architectures, ECUs, and communication networks (e.g., CAN, Ethernet).
• Proficiency in systems engineering tools and methodologies, such as requirements management (e.g., DOORS) and modeling (e.g., SysML).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex technical challenges in a distributed team.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive alignment across diverse engineering groups.
